ఆ బాలుడంటే చైనాకు ఎందుకంత భయం ?

ఇది టిబెట్‌కు చెందిన గెధున్ చోకీ నియిమా ఫోటో. క‌నిపించ‌కుండాపోయిన ప్ర‌‌పంచ ప్ర‌ముఖుల్లో ఆయ‌న‌ కూడా ఒక‌రు. ఆయ‌నకు ఆరేళ్ల వ‌య‌సున్న‌ప్పుడు ఈ ఫోటో తీశారు. ప్ర‌జ‌ల‌కు అందుబాటులోనున్న‌ ఆయ‌న ఏకైక ఫోటో ఇదే. దీనిలో గులాబీ రంగు బుగ్గ‌ల‌తో ఆయన చ‌క్క‌గా కనిపిస్తున్నారు. ఇప్పుడు ఆయ‌న‌కు 31 ఏళ్లు. ఆయ‌న్ను పంచెన్‌ లామాగా గుర్తించిన మూడు రోజుల‌కే చైనాలో ఆయ‌న కుటుంబంతోపాటు క‌నిపించ‌కుండా పోయారు. ఈ ఘ‌ట‌న‌కు మే 17తో స‌రిగ్గా 25 ఏళ్లు పూర్త‌యింది. టిబెట‌న్ బుద్ధిజంలో పంచెన్ లామా రెండో అత్యంత ప్ర‌ముఖుడు. అదృశ్య‌మైన త‌ర్వాత‌ ఆయ‌నకు ఏం జ‌రిగిందో ఇప్ప‌టివ‌ర‌కు ఎలాంటి స‌మాచార‌మూ లేదు. ఆయ‌న్ను ఇప్ప‌టికైనా చైనా విడుద‌ల చేయాల‌ని చైనా బ‌య‌ట‌నున్న టిబెట‌న్లు కోరుతున్నారు. అయితే కేవ‌లం చైనా అధికారుల‌కు మాత్ర‌మే ఆయన ఎక్క‌డున్నారో తెలుసు. ఇప్పుడు వారు నోరు తెరచి నిజం చెబుతార‌ని ఎవరూ అనుకోవ‌డం లేదు. చైనా మాట ఎలా మార్చింది?

"కొంత‌మంది నీతి, నిజాయితీలేనివారు ఆ బాబును విదేశాల‌కు అక్ర‌మంగా తీసుకెళ్లాల‌ని ప్ర‌య్న‌తించారు. దీంతో త‌న త‌ల్లిదండ్రులు ర‌క్ష‌ణ క‌ల్పించ‌మ‌ని కోరారు. మేం వారిని సంర‌క్షిస్తున్నాం"అని వివ‌రించింది. బాబుతోపాటు ఆ కుటుంబమూ సాధార‌ణ జీవితం గ‌డుపుతోంద‌ని తెలిపింది. ఎవ‌రూ త‌మ‌ను ఇబ్బంది పెట్ట‌కూడ‌ద‌ని ఆ కుటుంబం భావిస్తోంద‌ని వివ‌రించింది. ఇదే విష‌యాన్ని చైనా ప‌దేప‌దే చెబుతూ వ‌చ్చింది. కొన్నిసార్లు ఏదో జ‌రిగింద‌నే తెలియ‌జెప్పే సంకేతాల‌నూ చైనా ప్ర‌భుత్వం ఇచ్చింది. 1998లో పంచెన్ లామా త‌ల్లి జైలు శిక్ష అనుభ‌విస్తున్నార‌ని వ‌ర్కింగ్ గ్రూప్‌కు చైనా తెలిపింది. అయితే ఈ శిక్ష ఎందుకు విధించారు? ఎంత‌కాలం పాటు విధించారు? లాంటి విష‌యాల‌పై స్పందించ‌లేదు. ఈ అంశంపై కొన్ని సంస్థ‌లు, కొంద‌రు వ్య‌క్తులు కూడా స్పందించారు. క‌నిపించ‌కుండాపోయిన పంచెన్ లామాకు చెందిన రెండు ఫోటోల‌ను త‌మ అధికారుల‌కు చైనా చూపించింద‌ని 2000లో అప్ప‌టి బ్రిట‌న్ విదేశాంగ మంత్రి రాబిన్ కుక్ వెల్ల‌డించారు. టేబుల్ టెన్నిస్ ఆడుతున్న బాబు ఫోటో ఒక‌టి, బోర్డుపై చైనా అక్ష‌రాలు రాస్తున్న బాబు ఫోటో ఒక‌టి చూపించార‌ని తెలిపారు. అయితే ఆ ఫోటోల‌ను కేవ‌లం చూడ‌టానికి మాత్ర‌మే ఇచ్చార‌ని చెప్పారు. 2007లో టిబెట్‌ వెళ్లిన‌ప్పుడు కొంద‌రు టిబెట్ అధికారులు మాట్లాడారు. పంచెన్ లామా.. ప్ర‌శాంతంగా జీవించాల‌ని అనుకుంటున్నార‌ని, ఎవ‌రూ త‌న‌ను ఇబ్బంది పెట్ట‌కూడ‌ద‌ని ఆయ‌న భావిస్తున్న‌ట్లు అధికారులు విరించారు. భార‌త్‌లోని ధ‌ర్మ‌శాల‌లో ఉంటున్న టిబెట‌న్ అజ్ఞాత ప్ర‌భుత్వం కూడా ఈ విష‌యంపై స్పందించింది. పంచెన్ లామా సామాన్య జీవితం గ‌డుపుతున్నార‌ని, ఉద్యోగం కూడా చేస్తున్నార‌ని రెండేళ్ల క్రితం ఐరాస వ‌ర్కింగ్ క‌మిటీకి చైనా చెప్పిన‌ప్పుడు.. ఓ ప్ర‌క‌ట‌న విడుద‌ల చేసింది. ఈ ప్ర‌క‌ట‌న‌పై స్పందించేందుకు చైనా ప్ర‌భుత్వం నిరాక‌రించింది.

ఆయ‌న్ను కుటుంబంతోపాటు ఎత్తుకెళ్లిపోయారు

ఐరాస మాన‌వ హ‌క్కుల నిబంధ‌న‌ల‌కు వ్య‌తిరేకంగా పంచెన్ లామాను చైనా మాయం చేసింద‌ని ఐరాస వ‌ర్కింగ్ గ్రూప్‌లో 2008 నుంచి 2014 మ‌ధ్య ప‌నిచేసిన ప్రొఫెస‌ర్ జెరెమీ సార్కిన్ వ్యాఖ్యానించారు. "చైనా చెబుతున్న మాట‌ల్లో నిజం లేదు. ఆయ‌న్ను కుటుంబంతోపాటు తీసుకుపోయారు"అని ఆయ‌న వివ‌రించారు. "ఆయ‌న సుర‌క్షితంగా ఉన్నారో లేదో చూసేందుకు మ‌మ్మ‌ల్ని అనుమ‌తించాలి" "తాను చేసిన త‌ప్పును బ‌హిరంగంగా ఒప్పుకొనేందుకు చైనా నిరాక‌రిస్తోంది"అని ఆయ‌న అన్నారు. తాము మాయం చేసిన ప్ర‌జ‌ల‌పై మాట్లాడేందుకు ఏ దేశ‌మూ ఒప్పుకోద‌ని ఆయ‌న వ్యాఖ్యానించారు. ప్ర‌స్తుతం ఆయ‌న లిస్బ‌న్‌‌లోని నోవా వ‌ర్సిటీలో ప‌నిచేస్తున్నారు. మ‌రోవైపు టిబెట్‌లో చైనా అణ‌చివేత విధానాల‌కు చాలా మంది మ‌ద్ద‌తు ప‌లుకుతున్నార‌ని టిబెట‌న్ వ్య‌వ‌హారాల‌పై అధ్య‌య‌నం చేస్తున్న రాబ‌ర్ట్ బార్నెట్ వివ‌రించారు. "టిబెటన్ల మ‌న‌సులు గెలుచుకోవ‌డంలో చైనా విజ‌యం సాధించ‌లేదు. కానీ చైనా చేస్తుంది స‌రైన‌దేన‌ని చైనాలోని 140 కోట్ల మంది న‌మ్ముతున్న‌ప్పుడు.. ఇంకేం చేయ‌గ‌లం"అని లండ‌న్‌లోని స్కూల్ ఫ‌ర్ ఓరియెంట‌ల్ అండ్ ఆఫ్రిక‌న్ స్ట‌డీస్‌లో ప‌నిచేస్తున్న ఆయ‌న వ్యాఖ్య‌నించారు.

అయితే టిబెట్‌పై త‌మ ఆధిప‌త్యాన్ని చైనా నాయ‌కులు ఎప్పుడూ ఆస్వాదించ‌లేక‌పోయారని ఆయ‌న అన్నారు.
