భారత్ బాట పట్టిన 'యాపిల్'

ప్రపంచాన్ని అతలాకుతలం చేస్తున్న మహమ్మారికి పుట్టినిల్లు అయిన చైనాకు అతిపెద్ద షాక్ తగిలింది. చైనా నుంచే ఈ ఉపద్రవం రావడం.. కంపెనీలన్నీ లాక్ డౌన్ తో కుదేలు కావడంతో ఇక ఆ దేశం నుంచి తరలిపోతున్నాయి. ఇప్పటికే చాలా కంపెనీలు చైనాలో బిచాణా ఎత్తివేసి బయటకొస్తున్నాయి. వివిధ దేశాలు వాటిని ఆకర్షించే ప్రయత్నాలు చేస్తున్నాయి. ఈ అందివచ్చిన అవకాశాలను అందిపుచ్చుకోవాలని భారత్ కూడా ఏకంగా 1000కిపైగా కంపెనీలతో చర్చలు జరుపుతోంది. తాజాగా భారత్.. చైనాలో నెలకొల్పి అక్కడి నుంచి బయటకు వస్తున్న 300 కంపెనీలను భారత్ కు రావడానికి ఒప్పించింది. ఇక్కడ ఉత్పత్తి యూనిట్లను పెట్టడానికి ఓకే అన్నాయి.

ఇక ప్రపంచంలోనే అతిపెద్ద టెక్ కంపెనీ ‘యాపిల్’ చైనా నుంచి ఉత్పత్తి యూనిట్ ను మార్చాలని యోచిస్తోంది. భారత ప్రభుత్వం సరైన ప్రోత్సాహకాలు స్థలం ఇస్తే ఏకంగా 40 బిలియన్ డాలర్లు లేదా రూ.3 లక్షల కోట్ల విలువైన ఐఫోన్లను ఉత్పత్తి చేయడానికి లక్ష్యంగా పెట్టుకుందట. భారత్ కూడా ఈ భారీకంపెనీని తీసుకురావడానికి ప్రయత్నిస్తోంది.

చైనా నుంచి 5వ వంతు భాగాన్ని భారత్ కు తరలించేందుకు ఆపిల్ కంపెనీ సిద్ధమవుతోంది. ఇండియాలో దాదాపు 4వేల కోట్ల డాలర్ల విలువైన స్మార్ట్ ఫోన్స్ ను తయారు చేయాలని భావిస్తోంది. దీనిపై యాపిల్ కంపెనీ అధికారికంగా స్పందించాల్సి ఉంది. అయితే భారతదేశంలో ప్రొడక్షన్ లింక్డ్ ఇన్సెంటీవ్ (పీఎల్ఐ) స్కీంలో కొన్ని అవరోధాలు ఉన్నాయని..వాటిని తొలగించాలని ఆపిల్ సీనియర్ ఎగ్జిక్యూటీవ్ ప్రభుత్వాన్ని కోరారు. దీనిపై భారత ప్రభుత్వం సానుకూలంగా స్పందించినట్టు తెలుస్తోంది.

పీఎల్ఐ పథకంలో ఏ కంపెనీ అయినా ఐదేళ్లలో కనీసం 1000 కోట్ల డాలర్ల విలువైన మొబైల్ ఫోన్స్ ను తయారు చేయాలి. వార్షిక లక్ష్యాలను అధిగమించాలి. త్వరలోనే ఈ మార్గదర్శకాలను మార్చబోతున్నారు. ఇది జారీ కాగానే ఆపిల్ తోపాటు శాంసంగ్ వివో ఒప్పో లాంటి స్మార్ట్ ఫోన్ తయారీ సంస్థలు కూడా పీఎల్ ఐం స్కీంకు దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవచ్చు. ప్రభుత్వం ఈస్కీంలో ఏకంగా 48000 కోట్ల ప్రోత్సహాకాలు ప్రకటించింది.
