మద్యంతోపాటే ప్రమాదాలూ ప్రారంభం

లాక్ డౌన్ తో ఇన్నాళ్లు మద్యానికి ప్రజలు దూరమయ్యారు. దాదాపు 44 రోజుల తర్వాత మద్యం దుకాణాలు తెరుచుకున్నాయి. అలా తెరుచుకున్న మొదటి రోజే మద్యం ప్రభావంతో రోడ్డు ప్రమాదాలు చోటుచేసుకున్నాయి. మద్యం తాగి వాహనాలు నడపడం తో యాక్సిడెంట్లు జరిగాయి. ఇన్నాళ్లు మద్యం లేక ప్రమాదాలు తగ్గుముఖం పట్టగా.. తాజాగా మద్యం దుకాణాలు తెరిచిన తొలిరోజే మద్యంమత్తులో జరిగిన ప్రమాదంలో ఒకరు మృతిచెందగా మరికొందరు గాయపడ్డారు. ఈ ఘటనలు ఎక్కడో కాదు మన ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ రాష్ట్రంలోనే.. ఆ వివరాలు తెలుసుకోండి. కేంద్రం ఆదేశాల ప్రకారం ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ రాష్ట్రంలో మద్యం విక్రయాలు సోమవారం ప్రారంభమయ్యాయి. నెలన్నర రోజుల తర్వాత మద్యం దుకాణాలకు భారీగా గిరాకీ ఏర్పడింది. ఎప్పుడూ చూడని రద్దీ కనిపించింది. కిలోమీటర్ల మేర క్యూలో నిలబడి మరీ మద్యం కోసం వేచి ఉన్న పరిస్థితులు చూసే ఉంటారు. ఈ విధంగా కొందరు మద్యం అతికష్టమ్మీద కొన్నారు. ఆ కొన్నవారు తాపీగా తాగారు. అయితే తాగిన మైకంలో వాహనం నడపడంతో ఒకరు మృతి చెందిన సంఘటన నెల్లూరు జిల్లాలో చోటుచేసుకుంది. తోటపల్లిగూడూరు మండలం కోడూరు పాత పాతాళెంకు చెందిన తులసీ గారి యాదాద్రి (24) సుజిత్ ఇద్దరు మద్యం సేవించారు. అయితే మద్యంమత్తులో బైక్ నడుపుతూ తుల్లుతూ ఎటు వెళ్తున్నారో తెలియక ఆవును ఢీకొట్టి ఆ వెంటనే చెట్టుకు ఢీ కొన్నారు. వారిద్దరూ కింద పడిపోయారు. గమనించిన స్థానికులు 108లో ఆస్పత్రికి తరలించారు. అయితే తీవ్ర గాయాలపాలైన యాదాద్రి మార్గమధ్యంలోనే మృతిచెందాడు. అతడి వెనక కూర్చున్న సుజిత్కు తీవ్ర గాయాలయ్యాయి. ప్రస్తుతం ఆస్పత్రిలో చికిత్స పొందుతున్నాడు. మృతుడు యాదాద్రికి వచ్చే నెలలో పెళ్లి జరగాల్సి ఉండగా మద్యంమత్తులో బండి నడిపి ప్రాణాలు కోల్పోవడంతో బాధిత కుటుంబసభ్యులు కన్నీరుమున్నీరయ్యారు.

ఇక కృష్ణాజిల్లాలో మరో సంఘటన చోటుచేసుకుంది. జగ్గయ్యపేటలోని శాంతినగర్లో మద్యం సేవించిన ముగ్గురు స్నేహితులు బైక్ పై వెళ్తున్నారు. ఆ క్రమంలో ఓ వృద్ధురాలిని ఢీకొట్టారు. వారు కూడా కిందపడ్డారు. వెంటనే గమనించిన స్థానికులు ఆ వృద్ధురాలిని ఆస్పత్రికి తరలించారు. ఆమెకు తీవ్ర గాయాలవడంతో ఆస్పత్రిలో చికిత్స పొందుతోంది. ఆమె పరిస్థితి విషమంగా ఉంది. అయితే ప్రమాదానికి కారణమైన తాగి బండి నడిపిన ఆ ముగ్గురు యువకులను పోలీసులు అదుపులోకి తీసుకున్నారు.

మద్యం విక్రయాలు ప్రారంభమైన తొలిరోజే ఈ విధంగా ప్రమాదాలు చోటు చేసుకోవడంతో మద్యం విక్రయాలు బంద్ చేయాలనే డిమాండ్ వినిపిస్తోంది.
