ఆరెస్సెస్ కార్యకర్తల అత్యుత్సాహం..

ఆరెస్సెస్ కార్యకర్తలు అత్యుత్సాహం చట్ట రక్షకుల్లా ఫీలవుతూ ఇష్టారాజ్యంగా ప్రవర్తిస్తున్నారు. పోలీసుల్లా రోడ్లపైకి వచ్చి వాహనదారులను ఆపుతూ ఏకంగా పత్రాలు చెక్ చేస్తున్నారు. ఈ ఫోటోలు ఇప్పుడు ఇంటర్నెట్లో చక్కర్లు కొడుతుండటంతో పోలీసులపై విమర్శలు, ఆరెస్సెస్ కార్యకర్తల పై ప్రజలు ఆగ్రహం వ్యక్తం చేస్తున్నారు.

తెల్ల షర్ట్, ఖాకీ ప్యాంట్, నల్ల టోపీ, చెతులో లాఠీతో రోడ్డుపై పోయేవారి పత్రాలు చెక్ చేస్తున్న ఆరెస్సెస్ కార్యకర్తల ఫోటోలు సోషల్ మీడియాలో వైరల్ అవ్వడం ప్రజల్లో ఆందోళ‌న కలిగించింది. ఆ ఫోటోల్లో ఆరెస్సెస్ వారు వాహనదారులను ఆపి చెక్ చేస్తున్న స్థలంలో పోలీసులు కూడా ఉండటం...వీరికి పోలీసుల అనధికార మద్దతు ఉందా అనే అనుమానాలు కలుగుతున్నాయి. ఈ ఫోటోలు చూసిన వాళ్ళలో ఏ హక్కుతో వారు ఈ విధంగా చేస్తున్నారు ? వారికి ప్రభుత్వం అనుమతి ఉన్నదా ? అనే ప్రశ్నలు ఉత్పన్నమయ్యాయి. దీనిపై ది హిందూతోపాటు అనేక వెబ్ సైట్ లు కథనాలు పోస్ట్ చేశాయి.

ఇది జరిగింది తెలంగాణలో హైదరాబాద్ వరంగల్ హైవేపై బీబీనగర్ దగ్గర్లోని గూడూరు చెక్ పోస్ట్ వద్ద ఆ చెక్ పోస్ట్ వద్ద ఉన్న బారికేడ్లను దాటేవారి పత్రాలను ఈ ఆరెస్సెస్ వారి తనిఖీ చేస్తున్నారు. ఈ ఫోటోలను ʹ@friendsofrssʹ అనే ట్విట్టర్ హ్యాండిల్ ʹఆర్‌ఎస్‌ఎస్ వాలంటీర్లు పోలీసులకు సహాయం చేస్తున్నారుʹ అని కామెంటుతో ట్వీట్ చేసింది. ఈ విధంగా చేయడం చట్టవిరుద్దమని నెటిజనులు ఫైర్ అయ్యారు. అనేక మంది పోలీసులకు, తెలంగాణ మంత్రి కేటీఆర్ కు ట్యాగ్ చేస్తూ ట్విట్ట‌ర్ లో పోస్టులు పెట్టారు. ʹʹవారికి కర్రలు ఎందుకు ఉన్నాయి? వారు ఈవిధంగా చేయడానికి ఉఎవరు అధికారం ఇచ్చారు ? @KTRTRS, ʹʹ అని ట్విట్టర్ యూజర్ సాయి కిరణ్ ట్వీట్ చేశారు. ఆరెస్సెస్ ఈ విధంగా చేయడంపై సామాజిక కార్యకర్త ఎస్.క్యూ. మసూద్ ఆందోళన వ్యక్తం చేసి, తెలంగాణ డీజీపీ ఎం. మహేందర్ రెడ్డి, రాచకొండ పోలీసు కమిషనర్ మహేష్ భగవత్ ట్యాగ్ చేసి, వివరణ కోరారు.

దీనిపై రాచకొండ కమిషనర్ మహేష్ భగవత్ మాట్లాడుతూ "ఈ సంఘటన గురించి నాకు తెలిసింది. మరియు ఫోటోలు కూడా చూశాను. వారు [ఆర్‌ఎస్‌ఎస్ కార్యకర్తలు] ఈ విదమైన కార్యక్రమం స్వచ్ఛందంగా చేస్తామని అని అడుగుతూ మా వద్దకు వచ్చారు. కుదరదని వారికి చెప్పాము.. ఎటువంటి మత సంస్థ నుండికానీ రాజకీయ సంస్థ నుండి కానీ సహాయం తీసుకోకూడదని మేము నిర్ణయించుకున్నాము.ʹʹ అన్నారు.

దీనిపై సీనియర్ న్యాయవాది ఎల్. రవిచందర్ మాట్లాడుతూ... పోలీసింగ్ ఏ సంస్థకు అప్పగించలేనందున అటువంటి పనులు ఎవరు చేసినా తప్పే. ప్రజలను ఆపే హక్కు ప్రభుత్వానికి మాత్రమే ఉందని ఆయన వివరించారు. ʹʹఎటువంటి అధికారంలేకుండా ఎవరైనా ఇలా చేయడం ప్రజల‌ ప్రాథమిక హక్కుల ఉల్లంఘనే, ఇటువంటివి ఎట్టి పరిస్థితుల్లోనూ అనుమతించకూడదు" అని ఆయన అన్నారు.

ప్రజలకు సహాయం చేయడం, ఆహారం, నిత్యావసరాలు అందించడం వేరు. ప్రజల పత్రాలను తనిఖీ చేయడం ప్రజలు ఎటైనా పోవాలా వద్దా అని డిసైడ్ చేయడం ఆరెస్సెస్ వాళ్ళు ఎలా చేస్తారు. పోలీసులు కూడా తాము ఎలాంటి అనుమతి ఇవ్వలేదని చెబుతున్నారు. అనుమతి లేకుండా ఏ అధికారంతో వాళ్ళిలా చేస్తున్నారు ? వీరిపై పోలీసులు ఎలాంటి చర్యలు తీసుకుంటారనే ప్రశ్నలు తలెత్తుతున్నాయి.
