ఆంక్షలను అధిగమించిన అమ్మ ప్రేమ

లాక్ డౌన్ ఆంక్షలను అధిగమించిన ఓ అమ్మ సుదీర్ఘ ప్రయాణం చేసి వేరే ఊరిలో చిక్కుకున్న తన కొడుకును ఇంటికి తెచ్చుకుంది. సుదీర్ఘ ప్రయాణమంటే ఏ వంద కిలోమీటర్లు కూడా కాదు.. ఏకంగా 1400 కిలోమీటర్లు! ఆ తల్లి చేసిన సాహసానికి ఇప్పుడు అందరూ సలామ్‌ చేస్తున్నారు.

బోధన్‌కు చెందిన రజియాబేగం ప్ర భుత్వ పాఠశాలలో టీచర్‌. ఆమెకు ఇద్దరు కుమారు లు, ఓ కుమార్తె. 12 ఏళ్ల క్రితం భర్త మరణించాడు. అప్పటినుంచి పిల్లల ఆలనాపాలనా ఆమే చూస్తోంది. చిన్నవాడైన మహ్మద్‌ నిజాముద్దీన్‌ ఇంటర్‌ పూర్తి చేసి హైదరాబాద్‌లోని నారాయణ మెడికల్‌ అకాడమీలో కోచింగ్‌ తీసుకుంటున్నాడు. నెల్లూరుకు చెందిన నిజాముద్దీన్‌ స్నేహితుడు బోధన్‌లో ఇంటర్‌ చదివాడు. అతడి ఇంటర్‌ సప్లమెంటరీ పరీక్షల కోసం గత నెల ఇద్దరు కలసి హైదరాబాద్‌ నుంచి బోధన్‌కు వచ్చారు. స్నేహితుడి తండ్రి ఆరోగ్యం బాగా లేదని తెలియడంతో అతడికి తోడుగా నిజాముద్దీన్‌ మార్చి 12 నెల్లూరుకు వెళ్లాడు. ఇదే సమయంలో కరోనా వైరస్‌ కారణంగా ప్రభుత్వం లాక్‌డౌన్‌ విధించడంతో అతడు చిక్కుకుపోయాడు.

ఇది తెలిసి తల్లి రజియాబేగం ఆందోళనకు గుర య్యారు. బోధన్‌ ఏసీపీ జైపాల్‌రెడ్డిని కలిసి పరిస్థితి ని వివరించారు. ఆయన ఇచ్చిన లెటర్‌ తీసుకుని, 700 కిలోమీటర్ల దూరంలో ఉన్న నెల్లూరుకు సోమవారం ఉదయం స్కూటీపై బయల్దేరారు. మంగళవారం మధ్యాహ్నం అక్కడకు చేరుకున్నారు. కుమారుడితో కలిసి అదే స్కూటీపై సాయంత్రం తిరుగు ప్రయాణమయ్యారు. బుధవారం మధ్యాహ్నం వారు కామారెడ్డికి చేరుకున్నారు. కామారెడ్డిలో ఆమె విలేకరులతో మాట్లాడుతూ.. కొడుకును చూడాలనే తపన తనను అంతదూరం వెళ్లేలా చేసిందని తెలిపారు. కుమారుడిని ఇంటికి క్షేమంగా తీసుకురావడమే లక్ష్యంగా వెళ్లానని, అటవీ ప్రాంతం గుండా వెళ్లినా భయం అనిపించలేదన్నారు. చాలా చోట్ల పోలీసులు ఆపారని, బోధన్‌ ఏసీపీ ఇచ్చిన లెటర్‌ను చూపించడంతో అనుమతించారని వివరించారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా ఆమె పోలీసులకు ధన్యవాదాలు తెలిపారు.

Arrived there on Tuesday afternoon. They traveled in the evening with their son on the same Scooty. They reached Kamareddy on Wednesday afternoon. She told reporters in Kamareddy that the quest to see her son had made her go far. He said that his aim was to bring the son home safely, but he did not feel threatened by going through the forest. He explained that the police had stopped in many places and allowed the Bodhan to show the letter given by the ACP. She thanked the police for the occasion.
