హతవిధీ.. ఏమి దుస్థితి దాపురించేరా..!

లాక్ డౌన్ కరోనాను అరికడుతుందో లేదో తెలియదు గానీ పేదవారి సహనాన్ని మాత్రం పరీక్షిస్తోంది. మహమ్మారి బారిన మృత్యువు వస్తుందో లేదో తెలియదు గానీ ఆకలి రూపంలో కచితంగా వచ్చి రెక్కాడితేనే డొక్కాడే బడుగు జీవులను మాత్రం పొట్టనబెట్టుకునేలా ఉంది. ప్రభుత్వాలు తాము లాక్ డౌన్ కారణంగా చేపడుతున్న చర్యలను సమర్థించుకుంటున్నా.. వాస్తవాలు మాత్రం అందుకు విరుద్దంగా ఉన్నాయి. ఇందుకు సాక్ష్యంలా నిలిచే ఓ సంఘటన ప్రేమనగరిగా పిలువబడే 'ఆగ్రాలో మంగళవారం చోటుచేసుకుంది. వాహనంలో తీసుకెళ్తున్న పాలు రోడ్డుపైన ఒలికిపోతే కొన్ని వీధి కుక్కలు ఆ పాలను తాగసాగాయి. ఆ కుక్కలతోపాటు ఓ నడివయసున్న వ్యక్తి కూడా తన ఆకలి తీర్చుకోవడానికి రోడ్డుపాలైన ఆ పాలనే ఆత్రంగా తాగడం కనిపించింది. ఈ దయనీయ దృశ్యం సర్కార్ తీసుకొంటున్న లాక్ డౌన్ చర్యలపై ప్రశ్నలు లేవనెత్తుతోంది!
