ఒక్క 'మందు' అందరినీ మన వైపు తిప్పింది !

“హైడ్రాక్సి క్లోరోక్విన్” ప్రస్తుతం ప్రపంచం మొత్తం దీనిగురించే చర్చించుకుంటోంది. నిన్న మొన్నటి వరకు కరోనాకి ఒక నిర్ధిష్టమైన మందు అంటూ ఏది లేదు, దేశాలన్ని అనేక రకాల మందులని వాడారు, కాని వాటన్నింటిలోకి హైడ్రాక్సి క్లోరోక్విన్ అనే మందు ఉపయోగపడుతుందని అమెరికా శాస్త్రవేత్తలు కనుగొన్నారు. అగ్రరాజ్యం అమెరికాతో సహా ప్రపంచదేశాలన్ని ఇప్పుడు ఇండియావైపు దృష్టి సారించాయి. అంత పెద్ద దేశం ఎందుకు ఈ మందుని ప్రోడ్యూస్ చేస్కోలేకపోయింది? మన దేశానికి ఎందుకు ఇంత ప్రాధాన్యత ఇస్తుందో చదవండి.

కరోనా ఎఫెక్ట్ తో ప్రపంచం మొత్తం స్తంబించిన విషయం తెలిసిందే,ఇప్పుడున్న అవసరాలరీత్యా ఔషదాలపై ఎగుమతిని కూడా నిషేదించారు. అమెరికాలో రోజు రోజుకి కేసులు పెరిగిపోతున్నాయి, మందు నిల్వలు సరిపడా లేవు. దాంతో ఆ నిషేదాన్ని ఎత్తివేసి తమకు మందు పంపించాల్సిందిగా ముందు ట్రంప్ ఇండియాని రిక్వెస్ట్ చేశారు. మా దేశానికి సరిపడా మందులని నిల్వ ఉంచుకున్నాక పంపిస్తామని మోడీ సమాధానం ఇవ్వడంతో, మందు పంపిచకపోతే ప్రతికారం తీర్చుుకంటామని బెదిరించారు. దీనిపై సోషల్ మీడియాలో భారి వ్యతిరేకత వచ్చింది. ఇప్పుడు అవసరం నీది రిక్వెస్ట్ చేయాలి కాని బెదిరించకూడదు అని..అంతేకదా. సరే మెడిసిన్ పంపిస్తామని మొడీ యాక్సెప్ట్ చేశారు.

ఇప్పుడు అందరికి వస్తున్న ప్రశ్న ఏంటంటే మన దేశంపై ఎందుకు ప్రపంచదేశాలు ఆధారపడుతున్నాయి. ఎందుకంటే ఇతర్ దేశాలకు మెడిసిన్ ఎక్స్పోర్ట్ చేసే దేశాలలో భారతదేశం కూడా ఒకటి. ఏటా ఇరవై కోట్లకు పైగా  హైడ్రాక్సిక్లోరోక్విన్ టాబ్లెట్లను మన దేశం ఇతర దేశాలకు ఎగుమతి చేస్తుంది. మన దేశంలో ఉన్న అధిక జనాభా దృష్ట్యా భారతదేశం ఇప్పుడు ఆ మందులని నిల్వ ఉంచింది. అయితే ఈ మెడిసిన్ కరోనాని తగ్గించే ఒక మెడిసిన్ గా గుర్తించారు తప్ప, కరోనాకి వ్యాక్సిన్ గా మాత్రం ప్రకటించలేదు..దీన్ని కేవలం కరోనా బారిన పడిన వారికి,వారి కుటుంబ సభ్యులకి మాత్రమే ఇవ్వాల్సిందిగా వైధ్యాదికారులు ప్రకటించారు.

ఇప్పుడు ప్రత్యక్షంగా మన దేశంపై ఆధారపడుతున్న అమెరికా, పరోక్షంగా చైనాపై ఆధారపడుతోంది . ఏ విధంగా అంటే మన దేశంలో ఔషదాల తయారికి కావలసిన ముడి పదార్దాలు దిగుమతి అయ్యేది చైనా నుండే. కాబట్టి ఇప్పుడు ట్రంప్ రెండు దేశాలపై ఆధారపడినట్టే. హైడ్రాక్సి క్లోరోక్విన్ కి పెరిగిని డిమాండ్ దృష్ట్యా ఈ మందుని పెద్ద మొత్తంలో తయారు చేయాలని భారత ప్రభుత్వం ఇప్పటికే ఫార్మా కంపెనిలను ఆదేశించింది. ఔషద ఎగుమతులపై నిషేదం ఎత్తివేసిన తర్వాత కేవలం అమెరికాకి మాత్రమే కాకుండా మరో ముప్పై దేశాలకి ఈ మందుని ఎగుమతి చేస్తామని ప్రకటించింది.

కరోనా వైరస్ వ్యాప్తి చెందకుండా ముందస్తు జాగ్రత్తగా లాక్డౌన్ ప్రకటించడంతో వైరస్ వ్యాప్తిని అడ్డుకున్న భారత ప్రభుత్వాన్ని ఇప్పటికే WHO ప్రశంసించింది. అంతేకాదు భారత ప్రజలు ఈ వైరస్ పై ఖచ్చితంగా విజయం సాధించగలరని ప్రకటించింది. ఇప్పుడు ప్రపంచ దేశాలకి ఈ మందుని మన దేశమే ఎగుమతి చేసే అవకాశం రావడం సువర్ణావకాశమనే చెప్పాలి. ప్రపంచ దేశాలతో ద్వైపాక్షిక సంబంధాలు మెరుగు పర్చుకోవడానికి ఇది దోహదపడుతుంది. కాని ఫార్మా కంపెనిలపై , కంపెని ఉద్యోగులపై ఇప్పుడు ఒత్తిడి పెరుగుతుంది..డిమాండ్ కి తగ్గట్టుగా మెడిసిన్ ఉత్పత్తి చేయడానికి పని భారాన్ని మోయాల్సి ఉంటుంది.

Our country exports more than twenty crore hydroxychloroquine tablets annually. India is now stocking these drugs in view of the large population in our country. However, it is not declared as a coronavirus vaccine unless it is recognized as a medicine that reduces coronavirus. 

The US is now directly dependent on our country and indirectly on China. In this way, our country imports raw materials from China. So now if Trump is based on both countries. The Indian government has already ordered pharma companies to manufacture the drug in large quantities in view of the increasing demand for hydroxy chloroquine. After the lifting of the ban on pharmaceutical exports, it was announced that the drug would be exported not only to the United States but to thirty more countries. 

The WHO has already praised the Government of India for blocking the spread of the virus with the announcement of a careful lockdown to prevent the spread of the corona virus. It also announced that the Indian people will definitely win the virus. Now, the opportunity to export this drug to the world countries is a golden opportunity. This will help improve bilateral relations with world countries. But the pressure on pharma companies and company employees is increasing now.
