ఇకపై వాళ్లు కుక్కలు, పిల్లులు తినరట !

కరోనా ప్రబలుతున్న నేపథ్యంలో చైనా వాళ్లు ఇప్పుడు త‌మ అల‌వాట్లు మార్చ‌కోవ‌డంపై దృష్టిపెట్టారు. అందులో భాగంగా చైనా దేశంలోని షెన్‌జెన్ నగరం మొట్టమొదటిసారి కుక్కలు, పిల్లుల మాంసం తినడంపై నిషేధం విధించింది. మే 1వ తేదీ నుంచి అమలులోకి రానున్న ఈ కొత్త చట్టం ప్రకారం పిల్లులు, కుక్కలతో పాటు పాములు, బల్లులు, రక్షిత వన్యప్రాణులను తినడాన్ని నిషేధించారు. పాములు, బల్లులు, కుక్కలు, పిల్లులతో సహా రక్షిత వన్యప్రాణుల పెంపకం, విక్రయం, వినియోగాన్ని షెన్‌జెన్ నగరంలో నిషేధించారు.

చైనాలోని వూహాన్ నగరంలో జంతువధశాల కేంద్రంగా కరోనా వైరస్ ప్రబలిన నేపథ్యంలో షెన్‌జెన్ నగరం కుక్కలు, పిల్లుల మాంసం తినడాన్ని నిషేధించింది. తైవాన్, హాంకాంగ్ దేశాల్లో కూడా కుక్కలు, పిల్లులను తినడాన్ని నిషేధించారు.

అయితే ఆవులు, గొర్రెలు, గాడిదలు, కుందేళ్లు, కోళ్లు, బాతులు, పావురాలు, పిట్దలను ఈ నిషేధం నుంచి మినహాయించారు.
