పిల్లికి పాజిటివ్ !

కరోనా వైరస్‌ ప్రపంచ దేశాలను గజగజ వణికిస్తోంది. ప్రపంచ వ్యాప్తంగా ఇప్పటివరకు 27 వేల మందికి పైగా మృతి చెందారు. ఇటలీ, స్పెయిన్‌, అమెరికా దేశాల్లో కరోనా వైరస్‌ బారిన పడ్డ జనాలు పిట్టల్లా రాలిపోతున్నారు. ఇప్పటి వరకు కరోనా మనషులకే సోకడం చేశాం. పెంపుడు జంతువులకు కూడా కరోనా వ్యాప్తిస్తోంది. హాంగ్‌కాంగ్‌లో కుక్కకు కరోనా పాజిటివ్‌ వచ్చిన విషయం తెలిసిందే. తాజాగా పెంపుడు పిల్లికి కూడా కరోనా వైరస్‌ సోకినట్లు వైద్యులు నిర్ధారించారు. బెల్జియంకు చెందిన ఓ వ్యక్తికి కరోనా పాజిటివ్‌ వచ్చింది. ఆయన పెంచుకుంటున్న పిల్లికి కూడా కరోనా సోకింది. దీంతో పిల్లిని 14 రోజుల పాటు క్వారంటైన్‌లో ఉంచాలని వైద్యులు ఆదేశించారు. 

అయితే కుక్కలో కరోనా లక్షణాలు కనిపించలేదు. కానీ ఈ పిల్లిలో మాత్రం కరోనా లక్షణాలు కనిపించాయి. పిల్లి శ్వాస కోశ సమస్యలతో బాధపడుతోంది. అంతే కాకుండా అజీర్ణ సమస్యలు తలెత్తినట్లు బెల్జియం ఫుడ్‌ సేఫ్టీ ఏజెన్సీ ఏఎఫ్‌ఎస్‌సీఏ ఒక ప్రకటనలో పేర్కొంది. అయితే పెంపుడు జంతువుల నుంచి మనషులకు, ఇతర జంతువులకు కరోనా వ్యాప్తి చెందకపోవచ్చు అని బెల్జియం అధికార వర్గాలు పేర్కొన్నాయి. కరోనా సోకిన బాధితులు ఎవరైనా పెంపుడు జంతువుల వద్దకు వెళ్లాలనుకుంటే శుభ్రత పాటించాలని చెప్పారు. కచ్చితంగా చేతులు శుభ్రం చేసుకోవాలి. సామాజిక దూరాన్ని పాటించడమే ఈ వైరస్‌ నివారణకు ముఖ్య మార్గమని నిపుణులు చెబుతున్నారు.
