ఇక "ఆపరేషన్ నమస్తేనట"!

కరోనా వైరస్‌ను అడ్డుకునేందుకు కేంద్రం, వివిధ రాష్ట్రాల ప్రభుత్వాలు తీవ్రంగా కృషి చేస్తున్నాయి. దేశ వ్యాప్తంగా లాక్‌డౌన్‌ను అమలు చేసి.. వైరస్‌ వ్యాప్తి చెందకుండా చర్యలు తీసుకుంటున్నాయి. ఈ క్రమంలో దేశవ్యాప్తంగా ఇప్పటికే ఎనిమిది క్వారంటైన్ కేంద్రాలను ఏర్పాటు చేసింది. కరోనాపై పోరాటంలో సాయానికి ప్రత్యేక హెల్ప్‌ నంబర్ కూడా ప్రకటించింది. ఇందులో భాగంగానే పోలీసులతోపాటు ఇక ఆర్మీని కూడా రంగంలోకి దింపింది. ఈ విషయాన్ని ఆర్మీ చీఫ్ జనరల్ మనోజ్ ముకుంద్ నర్వానె వెల్లడించారు. సైన్యం చేస్తున్న"ఆపరేషన్ నమస్తే" పేరిట చేస్తున్న సన్నాహాల గురించి తెలిపారు. 

కరోనా వైరస్‌కు వ్యతిరేక పోరాటంలో ప్రభుత్వానికి సాయం చేయడం తమ బాధ్యత అని చెప్పారు. దేశాన్ని కాపాడే సైనికులను ఆరోగ్యంగా, దృఢంగా ఉంచడం ఆర్మీ చీఫ్‌గా తన కర్తవ్యం అన్నారు. ఈ విషయంలో ఆర్మీకి ఇప్పటికే రెండు, మూడు మార్గదర్శకాలు జారీ చేసినట్టు చెప్పారు. భారత సైన్యం గతంలో ఎన్నో కార్యకలాపాలను విజయవంతంగా పూర్తి చేసిందని, ఇప్పుడు ఆపరేషన్‌ నమస్తేను కూడా విజయవంతం చేస్తుందని చెప్పారు. 

క్వారంటైన్‌ సౌకర్యాల ఏర్పాటుతో పాటు లేహ్ వద్ద ఉన్న వైద్యులకు భారత వాయుసేన వైద్య సామాగ్రిని కూడా అందిస్తోంది. అలాగే, కరోనా లక్షణాలు ఉన్న వారి నుంచి సేకరించిన నమూనాలను వైద్య పరీక్షల కోసం ఢిల్లీ, చండీగఢ్ తీసుకెళ్లేందుకు సాయం చేస్తోంది.ఇక, ఈశాన్య నావల్ కమాండ్‌లోని ‘ఐఎన్‌ఎస్ విశ్వకర్మ’ వద్ద భారత నేవీ క్వారంటైన్ క్యాంప్ ఏర్పాటు చేసింది.
