8 లక్షల మందిని బలితీసుకున్నక్రిమినల్ అరెస్ట్

ఫెలిసియన్ కబుగా.. రువాండా నరమేధంలో మోస్ట్ వాంటెడ్. ఆయన్ను పారిస్ సమీపంలో అరెస్ట్ చేసినట్లు ఫ్రాన్స్ న్యాయ మంత్రిత్వ శాఖ ప్రకటించింది. అస్నీరెస్ సుర్ సీన్‌లో తప్పుడు గుర్తింపు పత్రాలతో నివసిస్తున్న కబుగాను ఫ్రాన్స్ పారామిలటరీ బలగాలు పట్టుకున్నాయి. 84 ఏళ్ల కబుగాపై ‘ది ఇంటర్నేషనల్ క్రిమినల్ ట్రైబ్యునల్ ఫర్ రువాండా’ మారణహోమం, మానవజాతిపై సాగించిన నేరాభియోగాలు చేసింది. 1994లో రువాండాలో టుట్సీ తెగకు చెందిన 8 లక్షల మందిని హూటూ అతివాదులు చంపేశారు. హూటూ అతివాదులకు ధనసహాయం చేసిన ప్రధాన వ్యక్తి కబుగా అనేది ఆరోపణ. మైనారిటీ తెగ అయిన టుట్సీకి చెందినవారిని, తమ రాజకీయ ప్రత్యర్థులను లక్ష్యంగా చేసుకుని హూటూ అతివాదులు 1994లో మారణహోమం సృష్టించారు. కబుగాకు సంబంధించిన సమాచారం ఇచ్చినవారికి 50 లక్షల అమెరికన్ డాలర్ల బహుమతిని కూడా అమెరికా ఇదివరకే ప్రకటించింది.

ఎవరీ కబుగా..

హూటూ తెగకు చెందిన వ్యాపారవేత్త కబుగా. రువాండా నరమేధానికి ధన సహాయం చేసింది ఈయనేనన్న ఆరోపణలున్నాయి. నరమేధానికి పాల్పడిన మిలీషియాలకు ఈయన భారీగా డబ్బులిచ్చారని చెబుతారు. ‘రేడియో టెలివిజన్ లిబర్ డెస్ మిల్లీ కొలీనెస్’(ఆర్టీఎల్ఎం) అనే దుష్ట మీడియా సంస్థను స్థాపించింది ఈయనే. ఈ మీడియా సంస్థ.. ‘‘టుట్సీలను వెతికి పట్టుకుని చంపేయండి’ అంటూ నిత్యం పిలుపునిస్తూ హూటూలను రెచ్చగొట్టేది.

ఎలా పట్టుకున్నారు..

పారిస్ సమీప ప్రాంతంలోని ఒక ఫ్లాట్‌లో కబుగా తన పిల్లలతో కలిసి మారు పేరు, తప్పుడు గుర్తింపుతో నివసిస్తున్నారని ఫ్రెంచ్ పబ్లిక్ ప్రాసిక్యూటర్ కార్యాలయం వెల్లడించింది. శనివారం ఉదయం 5.30(ఫ్రాన్స్ కాలమానం)కి ఆయన్ను అరెస్ట్ చేసినట్లు తెలిపింది. రువాండాలోని దారుణ నేరాలకు సంబంధించి విచారణ జరుపుతున్న హేగ్‌లోని ఇంటర్నేషనల్ రెసిడ్యుయల్ మెకానిజం ఫర్ క్రిమినల్ ట్రైబ్యునల్స్ చీఫ్ ప్రాసిక్యూటర్ నేతృత్వంలో చేపట్టిన సెర్చ్ ఆపరేషన్లో కబుగా చిక్కినట్లు తెలిపారు.

ఇంతకీ ఈ నరమేధం ఏమిటి?

రువాండాలో 1994లో ఎనిమిది లక్షల మందిని 'హూటూ' జాతికి చెందిన అతివాదులు చంపేశారు. 100 రోజుల పాటు ఈ నరమేధం సాగింది.హూటూ అతివాదులు మైనారిటీలైన టుట్సీ వర్గాన్ని లక్ష్యంగా చేసుకొని ఈ మారణకాండ సాగించారు. జాతితో నిమిత్తం లేకుండా రాజకీయ ప్రత్యర్థులనూ లక్ష్యంగా చేసుకున్నారు. చనిపోయినవారిలో అత్యధికులు టుట్సీలు, ఉదారవాద హూటూలు. రువాండాలో దాదాపు 85 శాతం మంది హూటూలు.. కానీ మైనారిటీలైన టుట్సీలే సుదీర్ఘకాలం ఆధిపత్యం సాగించారు. 1959లో టుట్సీ రాచరిక పాలన అంతమైంది. వేల మంది టుట్సీలు రువాండా నుంచి పారిపోయారు. ఉగాండా, ఇతర ఇరుగుపొరుగు దేశాలకు చేరుకున్నారు.రువాండాను వీడిన కొందరు టుట్సీలు ఒక తిరుగుబాటు గ్రూపును ఏర్పాటు చేశారు. అదే- రువాండన్ పేట్రియాటిక్ ఫ్రంట్(‌ఆర్‌పీఎఫ్). ఆర్‌పీఎఫ్ 1990లో రువాండాపై దాడికి దిగింది. ఆర్‌పీఎఫ్, వైరి పక్షాల మధ్య 1993 వరకు పోరాటం కొనసాగింది. 1993లో శాంతి ఒప్పందం కుదిరింది. 1994 ఏప్రిల్ 6న రువాండా అధ్యక్షుడు జువెనల్ హబ్యారిమానా, పొరుగుదేశం బురుండి అధ్యక్షుడు సైప్రీన్ నటార్యమిరా ఇద్దరూ వెళ్తున్న విమానం కూల్చివేతకు గురైంది. వీరిద్దరూ హూటూలు. వీరిద్దరితోపాటు విమానంలోని అందరూ చనిపోయారు. విమానాన్ని ఆర్‌పీఎఫ్ వారే కూల్చేశారని హూటూ అతివాదులు ఆరోపించారు. వెంటనే టుట్సీలను లక్ష్యంగా చేసుకొని జాతిహననానికి తెగబడ్డారు. ఇరుగుపొరుగు వారే ఒకరినొకరు చంపుకొన్నారు. కొందరు పురుషులు టుట్సీ వర్గానికి చెందిన తమ భార్యలను చంపేశారు. ''మిమ్మల్ని చంపకపోతే మిలీషియా సభ్యులు మమ్మల్ని చంపేస్తారు'' అంటూ వారి ప్రాణాలు తీశారు. హూటూలు వేల మంది టుట్సీ మహిళలను నిర్బంధంలోకి తీసుకొని, వారిని లైంగిక బానిసలుగా మార్చుకున్నారు.

Felician Kabuga .. Most Wanted in Rwanda Massacre. France's Ministry of Justice has announced the arrest of Ayan near Paris. France's paramilitary forces have seized Kabuga, who lives with false identification documents, in the Asneres sur Seine. The 84-year-old Kabuga's The International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda's genocide has charged the mankind. The Hutu extremists killed 8 million of the Tutsi tribe in Rwanda in 1994. It is alleged that Kabuga was the main person who funded the Hutu extremists. The Hutu extremists were massacred in 1994, targeting the minority tribe, the Tutsi, and their political opponents. The US has also announced a reward of US $ 50 million for Kabuga's informants.

Who is  kabuga ..

The businessman of the Hutu tribe is Kabuga. There are allegations that Rwanda helped finance the massacre. He is said to have paid huge sums of money for the militias. This is why Radio Television founded the evil media company Liber des Millie Collinesme (RTLM). How he was caught ?

The French public prosecutor's office has revealed that Kabuga lives with his children under a pseudonym and false identity in a flat near Paris. What is this genocide?

In Rwanda, eight million people were killed by extremists of the 'Hutu' genus in 1994. The massacre lasted for 100 days. The extremists carried out the massacre targeting the minority Tutsi community. Political opponents were also targeted irrespective of race. The vast majority of the dead are Tutsis and liberal Hoots. About 85 percent of Rwandans are Hootsuites, but minorities like Tutsiale have long dominated. In 1959 the Tutsi monarchy came to an end. Thousands of Tutsis fled Rwanda. Some of the Tutsis who fled Rwanda formed a rebel group. Same- Rwandan Patriotic Front (RPF). The RPF went on to attack Rwanda in the 1990s. The fighting continued between the RPF and the enemy until 1993. In 1993, a peace agreement was reached. On April 6, 1994, Rwanda's President Juvenal Habarimana and neighboring Burundi's President Cyprien Natarayamira crashed into a plane. Both of them are Hutu. Everyone on the plane died. Hutu extremists allege that the aircraft was shut down by the RPF. They were immediately subjected to genocide targeting the Tutsis. Neighbors killed each other. Some men killed their wives of the Tutsi community. "Militia members will kill us if they don't kill you," they said. The Hutu have detained thousands of Tutsi women and turned them into sex slaves.
