పుకార్ల సృష్టికర్తలు 7 రకాలు !

కరోనావైరస్ గురించి కుట్ర సిద్ధాంతాలు, వదంతులు, ఊహాగానాలు.. సోషల్ మీడియాలో వరదలా ప్రవహిస్తున్నాయి. అసలు ఈ వదంతులను మొదలుపెట్టేది ఎవరు? వాటిని వ్యాపింపజేసేది ఎవరు? ఈ మహమ్మారి కాలంలో తప్పుదోవ పట్టించే వందలాది కథనాల మీద మేం దర్యాప్తు చేశాం. దానివల్ల.. ఈ తప్పుడు సమాచారం వెనుక ఎవరు ఉన్నారనే దాని గురించి ఒక అవగాహన వచ్చింది. ఈ పుకార్లు పుట్టించి, ప్రచారం చేసే ఏడు రకాల మనుషులు వీరే:

లండన్ వాసులకు తినిపించటం కోసం ప్రభుత్వం వెంబ్లీ స్టేడియంలో ఓ భారీ కుండలో వంట చేస్తోందని ఒక వాట్సాప్ వాయిస్ సందేశం వచ్చినపుడు అది జోక్ అని కొంత మందికి అర్థం కాలేదు. ఇంకాస్త సీరియస్ ఉదాహరణను పరిశీలిస్తే.. ఒక వ్యక్తి ప్రభుత్వం నుంచి వచ్చిన టెక్ట్స్ మెసేజ్ అంటూ ఒక స్క్రీన్‌షాట్ తయారు చేశాడు. ఈ సందేశం అందుకున్న వ్యక్తి.. ఇంటి నుంచి చాలా సార్లు బయటకు వెళ్లినందుకు జరిమానా విధించామన్నది ఆ టెక్ట్స్ మెసేజ్ సారాంశం. లాక్‌డౌన్‌ను ఉల్లంఘిస్తున్న వారిని భయపెట్టటం సరదాగా ఉంటుందని అతడు అనుకున్నాడు. ఇన్‌స్టాగ్రామ్‌లో అతడి ఫాలోవర్లు దానిని షేర్ చేశాక, అది స్థానిక ఫేస్‌బుక్ గ్రూపుల్లోకి చేరింది. ఆందోళన చెందిన స్థానిక జనం దాన్ని సీరియస్‌గా పట్టించుకున్నారు.

‘‘భయాందోళనలు కలిగించాలని నేను కోరుకోను. కానీ సోషల్ మీడియాలో కనిపించిన ఒక స్క్రీన్‌షాట్‌ను ఎవరైనా నమ్ముతున్నారంటే.. ఇంటర్నెట్‌లో సమాచారాన్ని ఎలా స్వీకరిస్తున్నారనే దాని గురించి వాళ్లు పున:పరిశీలన చేసుకోవాల్సిన అవసరముంది’’ అని ఆ స్క్రీన్‌షాట్ తయారుచేసిన వ్యక్తి చెప్పాడు. అతడి పేరు మాత్రం వెల్లడించలేదు. ఈ మహమ్మారిని అడ్డుపెట్టుకుని డబ్బులు దండుకోవటానికి ప్రయత్నించే మోసగాళ్లు కూడా ప్రభుత్వం నుంచి, స్థానిక అధికారుల నుంచి అంటూ నకిలీ టెక్ట్స్ మెసేజ్‌లు సృష్టించారు. ప్రభుత్వం ప్రజలకు సహాయం అందించబోతోందని, కాబట్టి బ్యాంకు ఖాతాల వివరాలు అందించాలని చెప్తున్న ఇటువంటి ఒక సందేశం మీద ‘ఫుల్ ఫ్యాక్ట్’ అనే ఫ్యాక్ట్ చెకింగ్ సంస్థ దర్యాప్తు చేసింది. ఆ స్కామ్ మెసేజ్ ఫొటోలను ఫేస్‌బుక్‌లో షేర్ చేశారు. అవి టెక్ట్స్ మెసేజ్‌లో సర్క్యులేట్ చేయటం వల్ల వాటి వెనుక ఎవరున్నారనేది తేల్చటం కష్టం.

మోసగాళ్లు డబ్బు సంపాదించటానికి వైరస్ గురించి ఫేక్ న్యూస్‌ను ఉపయోగించుకోవటం ఫిబ్రవరిలోనే మొదలైంది. ‘‘కరోనావైరస్ చికిత్స రివ్యూ కోసం క్లిక్ చేయండి’’ అంటూ, లేదంటే ‘‘మహమ్మారి విజృంభణ కారణంగా మీకు పన్నులు వాపసు వస్తాయి’’ అంటూ ఈమెయిళ్లు మొదలయ్యాయి. ఈ తప్పుడు సమాచారం ఇంటర్నెట్‌లో ఏవో చీకటి మూలల నుంచి పుట్టుకురాదు. రోగుల శరీరాలను అతినీలలోహిత కాంతికి గురిచేయటం ద్వారా కానీ, బ్లీచింగ్ పౌడర్‌ను శరీరంలోకి ఎక్కించట ద్వారా కానీ కరోనావైరస్ నయమవుతుందా అని అమెరికా అద్యక్షుడు డోనల్డ్ ట్రంప్ గత వారంలో ప్రశ్నించారు. ఆయన ఊహాగనాలు చేస్తూ.. ఒక సందర్భంలోని విషయాల గురించి వేరే సందర్భంలో మాట్లాడారు. ఆ వ్యాఖ్యలు వ్యంగ్యంగా చేశానని ట్రంప్ ఆ తర్వాత చెప్పుకొచ్చారు. కానీ.. అది జనాన్ని ఆపలేకపోయింది. చాలా మంది హాట్‌లైన్‌కు ఫోన్‌చేసి.. డిజిన్ఫెక్టెంట్లతో తమకు తాము చికిత్స చేసుకోవటం గురించి అడగడటం మొదలుపెట్టారు.

అమెరికా అధ్యక్షుడు ఒక్కరు మాత్రమే కాదు. చైనా విదేశాంగ మంత్రిత్వశాఖ అధికార ప్రతినిధి ఒకరు.. కోవిడ్-19ను చైనాకు అమెరికా సైన్యమే తీసుకొచ్చిందనే సిద్ధాంతాన్ని ప్రచారం చేశారు. మహమ్మారి విజృంభణ వెనుక కుట్ర సిద్ధాంతాల గురించి రష్యా ప్రభుత్వ టీవీ చానల్‌లో ప్రైమ్ టైమ్‌లోనూ, ఆ దేశానికి అనుకూలమైన ట్విటర్ ఖాతాల్లోనూ చర్చలు చేపట్టారు. వైరస్‌కు సంబంధించిన అనిశ్చితమైన అంశాలన్నీ.. కుట్ర సిద్ధాంతాలు పుట్టుకు రావటానికి సరిగ్గా సరిపోయే పరిస్థితులు కల్పించాయి. బ్రిటన్ తయారు చేసిన వ్యాక్సిన్‌ను తీసుకున్న మొట్టమొదటి వలంటీర్ చనిపోయారంటూ ఒక తప్పుడు కథనం ప్రచారంలోకి వచ్చింది. వ్యాక్సిన్ వ్యతిరేక, కుట్ర సిద్ధాంత ఫేస్‌బుక్ గ్రూపుల్లో అది సర్క్యులేట్ అయింది. అదంతా కట్టుకథ.

యూట్యూబ్‌లో డేవిడ్ ఐక్ ఇంటర్వ్యూ కూడా.. కరోనావైరస్‌కు, 5జీకి సంబంధం ఉందనే తప్పుడు వాదనలను వ్యాప్తి చేసింది. ఆ ఇంటర్వ్యూను తర్వాత తొలగించారు. డేవిడ్ ఐక్ లండన్ టీవీలో కూడా కనిపించి మాట్లాడారు. తర్వాత అది బ్రిటన్ ప్రసార ప్రమాణాలకు విరుద్ధమని తేల్చారు. ఆయన ఫేస్‌బుక్ పేజీని కూడా.. ‘భౌతిక హాని కలిగించే ఆరోగ్యపరమైన తప్పుడు సమాచారం’ ప్రచురించినందుకు తొలగించారు.

ఒక్కోసారి.. డాక్టర్, ప్రొఫెసర్, హాస్పిటల్ సిబ్బంది వంటి విశ్వసనీయమైన వర్గాల నుంచి కూడా తప్పుడు సమాచారం వస్తున్నట్లు కనిపిస్తోంది. కానీ ఇటువంటి ‘అంతర్గత వర్గాలు’ ఎక్కువగా ఈ రకంగా ఉండరు. కరోనావైరస్‌తో బాధపడుతున్న ఆరోగ్యవంతమైన చిన్నారి రోగులు పెద్ద సంఖ్యలో చనిపోతారంటూ భయకంపిత స్వరంతో చెప్తున్న ఒక వాయిస్ మెసేజ్‌ను.. వెస్ట్ ససెక్స్‌లోని క్రాలీకి చెందిన ఒక మహిళ పుట్టించారు. ఒక అంబులెన్స్ సర్వీసులో పనిచేసే తనకు అంతర్గత సమాచారం తెలుసునని ఆమె అందులో పేర్కొన్నారు. దీని గురించి స్పందించాలని అడిగినపుడు ఆమె నుంచి జవాబు రాలేదు. ఆమె చేస్తున్న ఉద్యోగం గురించి ఆధారం చూపమన్నా స్పందించలేదు. కాబట్టి నిజంగా ఆమె వైద్య సిబ్బందేనా అన్నది మనకు తెలీదు. కానీ ఆమె సందేశంలో చెప్పిన వాదనలు నిరాధరామని మాత్రం తెలుసు.

గాయకుడు ఎం.ఐ.ఎ, నటుడు వూడీ హారెల్సన్ వంటి ప్రముఖులు సోషల్ మీడియాలో లక్షలాది మంది తమ ఫాలోయర్లకు.. 5జీ కరోనావైరస్ సిద్ధాంతాన్ని ప్రచారం చేస్తున్న వారిలో ఉన్నారు. రాయిటర్స్ ఇన్‌స్టిట్యూట్ ఇటీవల ఇచ్చిన ఒక నివేదికలో.. ఆన్‌లైన్‌లో తప్పుడు సమాచారం వ్యాప్తి చేయటంలో సెలబ్రిటీలు కీలక పాత్ర పోషిస్తారని వెల్లడైంది. కొందరికి సంప్రదాయ మీడియాలో కూడా భారీ వేదికలున్నాయి. 5జీ కుట్ర సిద్ధాంతాలకు వత్తాసు పలుకుతూ ‘ఐటీవీ దిస్ మోర్నింగ్’ కార్యక్రమంలో పాల్గొన్నందుకు ఏమాన్ హోమ్స్ విమర్శల పాలయ్యారు. ‘‘అది నిజం కాదని వాళ్లకి తెలియనపుడు.. అది నిజం కాదని మెయిన్‌స్ట్రీమ్ మీడియా వెంటనే కొట్టిపారేయటాన్ని నేను ఒప్పుకోను’’ అని ఆయన వ్యాఖ్యానించారు. హోమ్స్ ఆ తర్వాత క్షమాపణ చెప్పారు. ఆ వ్యాఖ్యల విషయంలో ఐటీవీకి ఆఫ్‌కామ్ మార్గదర్శకాలు జారీ చేసింది.

When a WhatsApp voice message came out that the government was cooking up a giant pot at Wembley Stadium to feed Londoners, some people didn't understand that it was a joke. Consider a more serious example .. A person made a screenshot of a text message from the government. The text message summary is that the person who received this message was fined for leaving the house several times. He thought it would be fun to scare anyone who violates the lockdown. After his followers shared it on Instagram, it reached out to local Facebook groups. Concerned local people took it seriously.

I don't want to cause panic. But if someone believes a screenshot that appeared on social media, they need to reconsider how they are receiving information on the Internet, said the person who made the screenshot. His name has not been disclosed. Fake text messages from government and local authorities have also been created by fraudsters attempting to defraud the pandemic.
