ఆఖరి చూపునకు ఐదుగురు మించరాదు..!

కరోనా అనుమానిత/నిర్ధారిత మృతుల అంత్యక్రియలకు ముందు కేవలం ముగ్గురు నుంచి ఐదు మంది కుటుంబసభ్యులు, బంధువులకు మాత్రమే కడచూపు అవకాశం లభించనుంది. ఆస్పత్రిలో అయితే సురక్షితమైన గ్లాసు కిటికీ నుంచి మృతదేహాన్ని చూసేందుకు ముగ్గురు కుటుంబ సభ్యులను మాత్రమే అనుమ తిస్తారు. కుటుంబ సభ్యులను మార్చురీ లోపలికి అనుమతించడం కానీ మృతదేహాన్ని ముట్టుకోవ డానికిగానీ అనుమతి ఉండదు. ముఖం కనిపించే విధంగా మృతదేహాన్ని ప్లాస్టిక్‌ షీట్‌లో చుట్టి, లీక్‌ ప్రూఫ్‌ జిప్‌ బ్యాగులో ప్యాక్‌ చేస్తారు. మృతుడి ముఖం కనిపించేలా బ్యాగు ముందటి భాగం పారదర్శకంగా ఉంటుంది. అంత్యక్రియల్లో పాల్గొనడానికి కుటుంబసభ్యులు, బంధువులు ముందుకు వస్తే ఐదుగురిని మాత్రమే అనుమతిస్తారు.

వారందరూ తమ సొంత రవాణా సదు పాయం ఏర్పాట్లు చేసుకోవాలి. ఆస్పత్రి కోవిడ్‌ లైసన్‌ అధికారి అందించిన మాస్కులు, గ్లౌజులు ధరించాలి. 4 మీటర్ల భౌతిక దూరాన్ని పాటిస్తూ హిందూ/ముస్లిం సాంప్రదాయం ప్రకారం ప్రదక్షిణ/ నమాజ్‌–ఏ–జనాజ నిర్వహించేందుకు అనుమతిస్తారు. హిందువులైతే 3 మీటర్ల పొడవైన కట్టెతో కాష్టానికి నిప్పుపెట్టాలి. మృతదేహానికి చుట్టూ 4 మీటర్ల దూరం వరకు రోప్‌ బ్యారికేడ్లను ఏర్పాటు చేస్తారు. మిగిలిన అన్ని పనులను ప్రభుత్వం నియమించిన బాడీ హ్యాండ్లర్లు పూర్తి చేయనున్నారు. హిందూ, ముస్లిం, క్రైస్తవ సాంప్రదాయాల ప్రకారం కరోనా మృతులకు అంత్యక్రియలు నిర్వహించేందుకు మార్గదర్శకాలు జారీ చేస్తూ రాష్ట్ర పురపాలక శాఖ ముఖ్యకార్యదర్శి అరవింద్‌కుమార్‌ వేర్వేరు ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేశారు. ∙అంత్యక్రియల కోసం ప్రతి ప్రభుత్వ, ప్రైవేటు ఆస్పత్రి కోవిడ్‌ లైసన్‌ ఆఫీసర్‌ను నియమించు కోవాలి. ∙అంత్యక్రియల అనంతరం కుటుంబ సభ్యులు, బాడీ హ్యాండ్లర్లు తమ శరీరాన్ని లిక్విడ్‌ సబ్బుతో శుభ్రపరుచుకోవాలి. డ్రైవర్‌తో సహా అంత్యక్రియల్లో పాల్గొన్న వ్యక్తులం దరూ తమ పీపీఈలను ప్రత్యేక కవర్‌లో ప్యాక్‌ చేయాలి. బాడీ హ్యాండ్లర్లు పీపీఈతో పాటు వాహనంపై సోడియం హైపోక్లోరైడ్‌ను పిచికారీ చేయాలి. 

హిందువులైతే... 

∙కరోనా మృతుడి దేహాన్ని హిందూ సాంప్ర దాయం ప్రకారం అంత్యక్రియలకు సిద్ధం చేయాలి. మృతదేహాన్ని శుభ్రపరచడం, వస్త్రం చుట్టడం వంటివి చేయాలి. ∙అంత్యక్రియలు నిర్వహించే సంస్థలు/ బాడీ హ్యాండ్లర్ల కోసం రవాణా ఏర్పాట్లతో పాటు ఆ వాహనంలో పీపీఈ/కోవిడ్‌ రక్షణ పరికరాలు/పవర్‌ స్ప్రేయింగ్‌ క్యాన్లను జీహెచ్‌ఎంసీ సిబ్బంది అందుబాటులో ఉంచుతారు. ∙ఆస్పత్రి స్థాయిలో రెసిడెంట్‌ మెడికల్‌ ఆఫీసర్, జీహెచ్‌ఎంసీ సర్కిల్‌ డిప్యూటీ కమిషనర్, స్థానిక పోలీసు అదనపు కమిషనర్, ఆస్పత్రి కోవిడ్‌ లైసన్‌ అధికారితో కూడిన కమిటీ రోజూ సమావేశమై మృతదేహాలకు సాఫీగా అంత్యక్రియలు జరిగేలా చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలి. ∙శ్మశానవాటికకు మృతదేహం చేరడానికి ముందే కుటుంబ సభ్యులు అక్కడ ఎలక్ట్రిక్‌/ కట్టెలతో దహనసంస్కారం నిర్వహించడానికి అవసరమైన కర్రలు, ఇతర అంత్యక్రియల సామాగ్రిని సమకూ ర్చాలి. శ్మశానవాటికలో అంత్యక్రియలకు సంబందించిన టైం స్లాట్‌ను కుటుంబ సభ్యులు ముందే తీసుకోవాలి. ఈ ఏర్పాట్లన్నీ పూర్తయ్యాయని ఆస్పత్రి సీఎల్‌ఓ నిర్ధారించుకున్నాకే మృతదేహాన్ని ఆస్పత్రి నుంచి బయటకి పంపాలి. ∙మృత దేహాన్ని ఆస్పత్రి నుంచి పంపినప్పటి నుంచి అంత్యక్రియలు పూర్తి చేసే వరకు మొత్తం ప్రక్రియను పోలీసులు వీడియో తీయాలి.

క్రైస్తవులకు ఇలా..

∙కుటుంబ సభ్యులు సూచించిన స్మశానంలోనే అంత్యక్రియలు నిర్వహించాలి. ఆయా స్మశాన వాటికలో స్థలం లభించని పక్షంలో అందుబాటులో ఉన్న స్థలాల్లో మృతదేహాలకు జీహెచ్‌ఎంసీ అంత్యక్రియలు నిర్వహించాలి. ∙మృతుడి కుటుంబసభ్యులే కఫిన్‌ (మృతదేహాన్ని ఉంచే పెట్టె)ను సమకూర్చాలి. కఫిన్‌ను తయారీదారు నుంచి ఆస్పత్రికి పోలీసులు, పురపాలక అధికారులు తరలించాలి. కఫిన్‌లో మృతదేహాన్ని ఉంచి కరోనా ప్రత్యేక అంబులెన్స్‌లో స్మశానవాటికకు తరలించాలి. ∙కఫిన్‌ బాక్సు మూతను కొద్దిగా జరిపి కేవలం ఐదు మంది కుటుంబ సభ్యులకు మాత్రమే కడచూపు అవకాశం కల్పించాలి.

ముస్లింలైతే...

∙మృతుడి ముక్కు రంధ్రాలని దూదితో మూసివేయడంతో పాటు నోరు తెరుచుకొని ఉండకుండా మూసివేస్తారు. ప్లాస్టిక్‌ షీట్‌లో మృతదేహాన్ని చుట్టడానికి ముందు రసాయన, క్రిమిసంహరక మందులు కలిగిన నీటి మిశ్రమాన్ని మృతదేహంపై చల్లుతారు. అనంతరం శరీరాన్ని ప్లాస్టిక్‌ షీట్‌లో చుట్టి ఆపై తెల్లటి కాటన్‌ వస్త్రంతో చుడతారు.

Only three to five family members and relatives will be able to be seen before the coroner's suspected / confirmed deaths. While in the hospital, only three family members are allowed to look at the body from a safe glass window. Family members are allowed inside the mortuary but not allowed to touch the dead body. The corpse is wrapped in a plastic sheet and packed in a leak-proof zip bag to make the face look better. The front portion of the bag is transparent to make the face of the deceased appear. Family and relatives are allowed only five to attend the funeral. 

Everyone has to arrange their own transportation. Wear masks and gloves provided by the hospital Kovid Liaison Officer. According to the Hindu / Muslim tradition, the circular / namaz-a-janaja is allowed to perform a physical distance of 4 meters. If you are a Hindu, you should set fire to a mound with a 3 meter long piece of wood. Rope barricades are placed up to 4 meters around the body. All other work will be completed by the government appointed body handlers. According to Hindu, Muslim and Christian traditions, the state municipal secretary general Arvindkumar has issued separate orders for funeral arrangements for coroners. Every public and private hospital for the funeral must request the appointment of a Covid Liaison Officer. After the funeral, family members and body handlers must cleanse their bodies with liquid soap. All funeral personnel, including the driver, must pack their PPEs in a separate cover. Body handlers must spray sodium hypochloride on the vehicle along with the PPE. 

For Hindus.. 

Corona body should be prepared for funeral according to Hindu tradition. The carcass should be cleaned and wrapped in cloth. GHMC personnel make available PPE / Covid protection equipment / power spraying cans in the vehicle along with transportation arrangements for funeral bodies / body handlers. A committee comprising a resident medical officer of the hospital, a deputy commissioner of the GHMC circle, an additional commissioner of local police, and a hospital covid licensing officer must meet regularly and arrange for the funeral of the bodies. Before the crematorium is buried, family members must furnish the fireplace with electricity / firewood and other funeral supplies. Family members must pre-arrange the time slot for the funeral in the cemetery. Once the hospital's CLO confirms that all these arrangements have been completed, the dead body must be discharged from the hospital. The police have to video the entire process from the dead body to the hospital till the funeral is over. 

For Christians.. 

Funeral services should be held at the cemetery prescribed by family members. If there is no space available in the cemetery, the GHMC funeral arrangements should be made for the bodies available. Families of the deceased must supply the coffin. Caffeine must be moved from the manufacturer to the hospital by police and municipal authorities. The corpse must be placed in the coffin and the corona must be moved to the cemetery in a special ambulance. The caffeine box lid should only be used for a family of five. 

For Muslims.. 

The dead nostrils are closed with cotton wool and the mouth is closed. Before wrapping the corpse on a plastic sheet, spray a mixture of water with chemical and disinfectant. The body is then wrapped in plastic sheeting and then covered with white cotton cloth.
